The Premier Division saw Iron Room A welcome Heron A to their home venue, resulting in a 7-2 win for the home side. Martin Hewitt proved too good for the Heron team, winning his 3 matches, supported by 2 each from Kevin Powell and Russell Bates. Dave Emery managed 2 wins for the away side. The Iron Room also won the doubles 3-1.
Faversham A were not quite strong enough on their home turf when they played Chestfield Warriors 1, losing 4-5. Kell Davies and Jack Stewart had 2 wins each and a further win from Steve Cannon was enough to secure the result for the away team. 2 wins by Harry Law and one each from Ethan Braden and Tina Stewart gave the home side 4 points, who then won the doubles 3-1.
Heron B lost 3-6 at home to Hoath C with Mike Howard in form for the away side, winning his three matches, plus 2 from Clive Hollingsbee and 1 from Chris Hearn. Peter Chapman (2) for Heron, had never beaten Clive Hollingsbee in competition until this match. Their rivalry goes back over 40 years, and a delighted Peter created history by winning this one 3-2. Arthur Martin added the 3rd win for the home team but Hoath then inflicted further damage, winning the doubles 3-0.

In Division 1, Whitstable Natives A were overwhelmed by a strong Chestfield Warriors 4 team who won 8-1. Paul Davies (3) and Dirk Froebrich (3) were on fire for the away team, ably supported by a further 2 wins from Adam Dyer. Adam Goodall salvaged 1 win for the Natives, but the Warriors then went on to win the doubles 3-1.
Unbeaten on the night, Bob Edwards (3) proved to be the match winner for Herne Bay C when visited by Faversham B. Mick Micklethwaite and Stan Truckell added a further win each for a 5-4 scoreline to the home side. Callum McDonagh and Mark Fox won two each for Faversham, then restored team pride by winning the doubles 3-2.
Chestfield Warriors 3A comfortably beat a visiting Herne Bay E 7-2, with Ricky Kay and Jonny Nevett both winning their 3 matches. Dirk Froebrich, standing in for the absent Paul Whittaker, added a further win. Steve Richardson (1) and Giulio Guariglia (1) secured 2 points for the away team. Warriors won the doubles 3-1.
A 7-2 win for Herne Bay C over Iron Room C saw Vince Corbin win his three games, with 2 each for Steve Dawson and Simon Lee. Ted Tydeman managed 2 wins for the away side who also lost the doubles 3-0.

The Division 2 team of Chestfield Warriors 5 proved to be too good for Chestfield Warriors 6, with a convincing 8-1 victory, and then won the doubles 3-0. Frank Findlay and Paul Whittaker won 3 each with Peter Paetow 2. John Metcalfe salvaged a solitary point for the losing team.
A good team effort by Chestfield Warriors 7 earned them a narrow 5-4 win over Chestfied Warriors 6A. Aaron Hollingsworth and Jill Weaver had 2 wins each with Linda Wickens adding the 5th. David Chapman (3) for Warriors 6A was unbeatable on the night, with Colin Relf winning 1. Warriors 7 then added a 3-1 doubles win to their tally.
Herne Bay F were disappointed to lose 4-5 at home to Blean A. Jim Burns won 2 for the home side with Graeme Sopp and Graham Waters 1 each. Rob Easton won all his matches for the Blean team, with Derek Whidett (1) and Dave Mason (1) ensuring a close win. Further disappointment followed for the Bay side, losing the doubles 3-1.

In a tight 5-4 result for Division 3 side Chestfield Warriors 10 over Faversham D, Simon Howe won his 3 matches, with 2 from Bernard Ebeck. Colin Floodgate (2), Mike Ayris (1) and Harry Hutchinson (1), earned 4 points for the away team. The doubles was a 3-2 win for Faversham
Blean C strolled to a 9-0 whitewash over Herne Bay H, and then compounded the Bay team’s misery by winning the doubles 3-0. Keith Ackland (3), Kevin West (3) and Dave Mason (3), proving to be far too strong for Herne Bay.
Blean B couldn’t quite do enough to beat their visitors, Herne Bay G. Robert Nutter (2), Roger Townsin (2) and Gerry Allan (1) did enough to secure the win for Bay G. Laurie Newman (3) was undefeated for Blean with Alan Dilnot adding the 4th. Blean then redeemed themselves by winning the doubles 3-0.

The Division 4 team of Chestfield Warriors 15, father and son Rob and Jack Yates did just enough to beat Chestfield Warriors 18 3-2, then followed up by winning the doubles match 3-1. Shem Lejarde won both his games for Warriors 18 to earn his team 2 points.
Linda Sopp and Val Rankin, in the guise of Herne Bay J, went to Chestfield Warriors 14 and departed with a 4-1 victory. Linda won both her matches, but Val succumbed to Sebastion Keeble who gained the single point for Warriors. Both doubles matches were won by Herne Bay J 3-1.
