The Premier Division saw an excellent 6-3 win for Chestfield Warriors 1 when they played Heron B. Denis Cannon, playing up from Division 1, won his 3 matches, supported by 2 wins from Kell Davis and 1 from Ian Cooke. Arthur Martin won 2 for Heron with Peter Chapman winning the 3rd.
Heron A lost 2-7 at home to Herne Bay A, Peter Roberts winning 3, plus 2 apiece from Andy Cannon and Ron Rowley for the visiting side. Dianne Pearce and Dave Emery managed to salvage a game each for the home team.
3 wins by Richard Carden and 2 each from Mike Chapman and David Jeavons saw Hoath B to a comfortable 7-2 win over derby rivals Hoath C. Mike Howard managed 2 wins for the losing team who then won the doubles match 3-1.
Hoath A cruised to an 8-1 win over Chestfield Warriors 2 thanks to 3 each from Mike Howard and Ian Mileham, with S. Rutland adding 2 more. Jo Britnell salvaged a sliver of pride with 1 win for the home team.

In Division 1, competition was close, with four of the five matches played going to a 5-4 result. Chestfield Warriors 4 met Herne Bay B at home, winning 5-4. Paul Davies (3) and Adam Dyer (2) just managed to overcome the Herne Bay team. Simon Lee (2), Vince Corbin (1) and Steve Dawson (1) secured four points for the away side.
Herne Bay D, Paul Bee (2), Chris Howard (2), Keith Blackmore (1) were just too strong for Chestfield Warriors 3, Denis Cannon (2), Roger Jordan (2), the home team winning 5-4 and the doubles 3-1.
Faversham B lost narrowly to Chestfield Warriors 3A 4-5. Two wins each from Matthew Waters and Callum McDonagh were not enough, with Adam Dyer winning 3 games for the warriors, supported by 1 from Johnny Nevett and 1 from Ricky Kay. However, the home side won the doubles 3-1.
Whitstable Natives A managed a 5-4 win at home to Iron Room B with two wins each for Barry Cook and Barrie Thomas, and one for Adam Goodall. Brian Kennett was on song for the Iron Room team, winning his three games and Michael Lee adding a fourth. The doubles match was won by the away side 3-0.
Herne Bay C travelled to Iron Room C and came away with a positive 7-2 result. Three wins for Steve Furber and Mick Micklethwaite, with two from Stan Truckell secured a comfortable outcome. David Cue and Colin Sleep won a game each for the home side.

Division 2 saw Blean A overpower Faversham C 8-1. Derek Whidett and Paul Simmonds won 3 games each and Rob Easton 2. Colin Blythe managed a solitary win for the visitors.
Chestfield Warriors 6A lost 3-6 when they welcomed Herne Bay F. Jim Burns (3), Graham Sopp (2), and Graham Waters (1), earned the win for the visitors. Although Sean Reid secured 2 wins for the home team with David Chapman winning 1, David had a marathon evening. All his matches went to 3-2 results, with one epic game against Graham Sopp ending 23-21 to David. Normally, the first to 11 by 2 clear points wins the leg! He then played in the doubles match, which also went to a 3-2 win for the away side.
Choughs B had a comfortable 7-2 win over Chestfield Warriors 7 with Reuben Tozer winning his 3 games, supported by two each from Joe Morgan and Joe Chan. Linda Wickings and Aaron Hollingsworth managed a win each for the Warriors, who then won the doubles 3-2.

In Division 3, Herne Bay H were whitewashed at home by Blean B. Alan Dilnot, Peter Cole and Laurie Newman, each with three wins for the visiting team, inflicted the rout, and then won the doubles 3-0.
Shaun Reid won his three matches for Chestfield Warriors 11, and James Reid won 1, but it was not enough to prevent Chestfield Warriors 9 winning 5-4. Bob Hassam (2), Bill Hackney (2), and Caroline Hanson (1) earned the win for the away team who went on to win the doubles 3-1.
Home advantage was not enough for Whitstable Natives C, who, with only two players, lost 2-7 to Herne Bay I. Simon Chambers (3), Al Parkes (3), and Les Taylor (1) won the points for the visitors, with Peter Tregar and Chris Near winning one game each for the Natives.
