At the tournament top seed in the Veterans singles,Ian Gordon negotiated his way to the semi-finals without difficulty only to withdraw from his game against Peter Roberts.

In the other half of the draw, third seed Ian Mileham pulled out of the event without playing a match.
His potential quarter final opponent,Barry Chapman, scratched from his quarters game against Ricky Kay,while second seed,Phil Morford, came through a testing quarters tie against Ron Rowley in 4 sets, swept aside Kay in straight sets to set up a final against Roberts.
Morford won the first set 11-8 but Roberts hit back powerfully in the next set,11-2.
He extended his lead with a 11-5 win the third but Morford refused to cave in and responded with a 11-6 win.

Smith lost 5-11 in the deciding set to send Kennett into the final.
Chapman made a disastrous start in the final, losing the first two sets, but came back strongly in the next two,but Kennett had the last word, winning the final set,11-3 to take the title.

The final of the Division 2 singles was contested between Connor Russell and Jake Coombs.
Russell weathered a 5 set tussle against Russell Swain, but Coombs had to work harder, needing 5 sets to get past Richard Bothamley and a further 5 sets to overcome Nigel Stansfield.
Russell was in commanding form in the final, moving to a 4 sets win for the Div 2 title.

The Div.3 singles saw Jacob Midson knock out top seed Kell Davies to set a final against Adam Jones, who had previously endured a 5 setter against Jenny Hogben.
